This unique facility has been developed as an aid for installers for fault diagnostics and servicing purposes. It is a work in progress but still contains a depth of product and diagnostic information. The Ideal Fault Assistant contains fault codes and their explanations for the isar HE, icos HE, icos system HE. There is also a gas leak procedure.
